of-counsel-attorney-1Simon Wiseman

Simon Wiseman is an "of counsel" attorney for The Umansky Law Firm, working with our attorneys and clients in personal injury and complex litigation matters. As an attorney for over 20 years, Simon has worked on nearly every type of Personal Injury case including car and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and elderly abuse cases.

Simon attended Stetson University and graduated in May 2000. In addition to practicing trial law in Central Florida, he is a licensed Solicitor Attorney in both England and Wales which allows him to practice law in both these locations. The English, Scottish, and Welsh clients that Simon represents have been injured while visiting America, but since they normally travel back to the United Kingdom for treatment they need someone who can handle the complexities of an overseas case. Simon is able to provide this for his clients and give them confidence as he handles their case.

In addition to serving as an "of counsel" attorney for our law firm, Simon runs a practice of his own. In May 2012, he opened The Wiseman Law Firm, serving both personal injury and criminal defense clients throughout Central Florida. When away from work, Simon spends much of his time with his wife, Kelly, and son, Ethan. He also has a passion for soccer and has been a children’s soccer coach for the last 20 years.
